    Hi All,

After going to a great deal of effort and a few days of messing around I created a DVD of some of the events from the con. We had sound and graphic problems but these things happen. However, as the footage was collected for research purposes there are ethical issues of privacy and consent that cannot be overcome. This means that all of my lovely footage can only be viewed by me, which I like but I feel bad that I can’t share.

So my apologies to everyone who was looking forward to the DVD but my hands are tied. I will be emailing all of those people who gave me your email addresses to pass on the bad news.

Congrats on getting it done though. I hope it helps with your studies.

    The emails have gone out.

Again I’m sorry guys. Hopefully the disappointment will be short-lived and we can start looking forward to the next time where a pre-organised and professional DVD can be made… Maybe, if it can be done cheaply and with everyone’s approval and not part of research… This is something for the next committee to consider.
