Is anyone interested in sharing a room at the Chifley? I’m looking to grab a room there but would like to share with someone to make it a bit cheaper. I haven’t booked anything yet so if you already have a room you want to share I’m interested too.

Des – book a room and be done with it! They are running out fast. look for room mates afterwards – you book with your credit card but pay nothing until you either use the room or cancel under the Chifley terms (probably 24-48 hours but don’t quote me)

I probably should have included more details than that.
I have a room with a spare bed booked at the chifley for the Friday and Saturday nights of the convention.

Hi,
I’m just wondering if you are still looking for a room mate to share with during the convention.
I’m a 35 yr old woman, who isn’t opposed to having her own late night and a drink or 2. Some one elses won’t be a problem.
I’m not sure if I snore, the dog hasn’t said. Snoring won’t be a problem as it will be a reminder of home, the dog snores.

I am booked into the Chifley, and if you don’t mind a sleeping on the floor or couch, it will be easy enough to make something up, you are welcome.
Male, potential for snoring (never proven), relaxed attitude to people returning to the room late and mildly intoxicated.
I get in Friday and leave Monday.
