I’m sitting outside the Panthers stadium having a beer, dressed as Susan, and I wanted to say a giant THANK you to all the organisers and the gophers and everyone who came. This is so much fun, and so relaxing. I haven’t had a holiday with a group of like minded people I’ve never met before, before, and this has been wonderful. So, thanks everyone! And thank you Sir Terry for being here with us, this is beyond excellent.

I agree fully! It’s been such a great time and Sir terry was talking to myself and my daughter yesterday (she is dressed as Tiffany Aching and has a Nac Mac Feegle on her hat) and she was soooooo excited last night so a huge thank you to him for making our weekend even more special! The organising has been fantastic so a really BIG thank you to you all and we will certainly be coming back for more :)

Both of you – this is wonderful to hear – but please make sure you go up to any and all committee members (Lord Vetinari, Nanny Ogg, Granny Weatherwax, and everyone in a purple t-shirt) and tell them personally how much fun you are having.
They have done all the hard work and definitely deserve all the credit. And be sure to buy all the committee members a drink at the bar tonight. I will attempt to do so :)

Agreed with everyone – the convention was absolutely amazing! Very smoothly run, I’m simply in awe of those that ran the whole event.
It’s so nice to attend a more intimate convention.
Terry and Rob were both amazing. It was truly an experience to get the chance to speak to them.
The entertainment was perfect! Best gala dinner I have ever been to by far.
Can’t wait until the next one! Thank you thank you thank you to all those who helped make this convention a reality! I hope you all got some good rest today.

Thanks for an awesome time.
(Sorry for the ‘awesome’. But it is the biggest sounding word I can find.)My wife and I were first timers and we had so much fun we definitely plan to attend 2013. The people we met were fun and interesting. The events were great. A brilliant time in all.
I wish to especially thank committee member Sandy, Rob the PA, Nigel the Librarian, Marah the iconographer and Terry himself for either setting up or being a part of a special picture to help us promote reading and the Discworld in the schools we work in. No Worries. Glad to be of help. The Con was bigger than we expected and the rest of the organising committee did a great job to produce an event that ran seamlessly, or so it seemed. We enjoyed it as much you and to hear words of praise make the effort worthwhile.
