I feel I should know this, and am opening myself up for censure, but who is Sarah Kinder?

Newest addition to the programme: Lit geeks, to which Erica has supplied an excellent summary, plus a call for volunteers;
At the moment we are seeking volunteers to give a short presentation on a literary/critical aspect of Pratchett’s fiction. Topics might include:
Pratchett’s use of myths / plays / literary traditions / fairy tales
Character development in/on Discworld
Discworld for kids
Discworld and gender / race / class
What scares critics about Terry Pratchett?
or, and most importantly, anything YOU are passionate about.
If you have any questions, or you are interested in speaking for about 10 minutes on Discworld and a literary/critical issue, please e-mail Erica at erica@ausdwcon.org with a brief description of what you would like to discuss!See the programme page for the full desciption.

Latest addition to the Programme today is our very own Molokov’s Pyramids Script!
We will be running a script reading of this original script. Volunteers required to read the parts.
Molokov will be invovled in the organisation of the parts (in other words – he’s the writer, he gets to yell at people that get things wrong)Ambivalent Overlord Games!

An addition to the programme after a quiet spot – Productions Panel.
We’re assembling a group of panelists experienced in theatre and film to discuss their knowledge, experiences and answer any questions to do with their industries.
If you have experience in the film or theatre area, particularly to do with Discworld productions then raise your hand (and then send me an email because I cannot see your hand from here) and get involved!

So this means… if we’ve already signed up and paid our membership, we’re already in the draw and don’t have to do anything further?

only full/concession – there’s no guarantee that supporting membership holders will have a full ticket to the convention (i know, you’re likely planning to, but that’s not the case with everyone).

We have confirmed Daniel Knight will be showing us something from Troll Bridge, not the whole thing yet but he will be making either a trailer or documentary to be shown for the first time at the con! And he will be talking about making the film, which I’m sure he will have a lot of anecdotes from the last few years.
Also both Daniel Knight and Hespa Mann will be joining the Productions Panel.

A slight culling of an item today – Freeform roleplaying has been dropped due to time constraints of organisers and interest constraints of everyone.
Normal Role Playing Games are still going ahead however, there will most likely be a few running over the con weekend.Ambivalent Overlord Games!
