I mentioned this over in the Firefly/Serenity thread.

    and another one

Thankfully they have fixed the issue that prevented anyone outside the US watching it when it first went up. I was rather annoyed at that… but by the time I got home last night they’d fixed it. Act I is pretty good so far…

To make your links active try typing the name in between a pair of "s then follow it with a : and the url:
    “This is an example”(no space):(nospace)www.thisisanexample.com
It should then look something like this:
    Discworld Online RPG

But yeah I totally agree Belinda – Joss rocks!

As someone who’s first introduction to the World of Whedon was Dr Horrible (other than half a Buffy) I Loved it!
I’ve got to get around to Firefly soon.

    Ben, you’ve not watched Firefly?

    Really?

Wow… I’m seriously questioning your geek credentials ;)

On a more serious note: Start with Firefly, not Serenity.

Pat really? I started with Serenity – liked it then got Firefly on DVD and watched it and loved it. Note to self give Grombek Firefly to watch

I feel people get more out of Serenity if they’ve seen Firefly… it’s a bit hard to get opinions on that, because you can’t erase your memory to try watching them the other way around (and if you could, you’d forget your opinions from the first attempt). :)

Mmm true. They did kind of muff up the story in Serenity.

Ah, not muff it up. It worked well as a stand-alone.

Yeah but parts of it didn’t quite work when held in context with Firefly. I’d like to get the graphic novels or comics or whatever it was that was released. Has anyone read them?
