As you know there is no chance of having Terry physically attending the Con. We would hope to have virtual Terry but this is yet to be confirmed as we can’t contact him with dates and venue until WE know dates and venue.
Which other Discworld related personalities might you be interested in seeing at the Con if we can entice them to Australia? Check the UK, US and Irish Discworld convention web sites for inspiration…

I know Trudi Canavan through my knitting group, so i can ask her if you like, though it will be better with dates and so on. She’s not really connected to the Discworld, but is still a fantasy author and is very local :)

I thought I’d mention that since Granny posted her first note here the “no chance” that Terry could attend has been reduced to a “not much chance”.
Thats really not that much better but it inspires hope (in my head anyway).
Keep positive people… Maybe Terry will get bored at home and decide to go jetting in 2011…“crivens”
