The National Theatre in London are screening Nation worldwide in February next year. If anyone wants to join me at the Cinema Nova in Carlton, 1pm February 13th, I’ll arrange a group booking.

The website is http://ntlive.info which redirects to a Cinema Nova page…. but their website is currently down.
I think it’s screening at all capital city Nova and/or Palace cinemas, but only for 2 days. (1pm on Feb 13/14)

You KNOW you can’t keep me away.PS.. I just had a look at the cinemas its showing in in Sydney and I think I’d rather go to the Opera Quays Dendy… only because you can have a champers in the cinema there and i DO feel that seeing “Nation” will require me to celebrate with a champers (you know me).

I tend to agree with you on that Missgoo. I’m a big fan of the whole Circular quay, opera bar, Rocks market thing that Sydney has going on at the weekend. this could be an excuse for a bit of an extended afternoon into evening……. You up for it?
The Cremorne cinema has offered a group rate if we can get enough people together…… Group rate V champagne and Opera bar afterwards, its a hard call.I can’t be having with foreign parts

I don’t mind the Cremorne cinema… I’m just selfish. The Quay means I don’t have to catch HUGE amounts of public transport (there isn’t all that much parking in Cremorne and no trains and trams) and I’m a bit of a lush (hence my vote being behind the quay).
I really don’t mind all that much though and if you get enough people saying they would book for the group rates I would change my mind. I’ll just go wherever you go… simple.
There are bars in Cremorne as well… yay.“crivens”
