Has anyone noticed that the BBC has broadcast Johnny and The Bomb - real people in real settings. They're did it in at least three parts, it's already been broadcast on 15 and 22 January, with a further episode to be shown on 29 January.

We'll probably get it in Australia around December 2007.

Meanwhile I've put in a request for notification of release of the DVD.

There's quite a bit of interesting stuff at http://www.johnnyandthebomb.tv

Hmm... those actors actually _don't_ look completely wrong for how I'd imagine the characters! An amazing first! Although young Tom, looks a bit _too_ young - I always figured he was a bit older than that. But then, I've only read it once and that was some time ago, so he may in fact look exactly the right age.

Yes, I'm going to have to re-read the book (which I enjoyed immensely the first time) before I watch the film.
I have to confess I enjoy the time travel stories - as in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure - classic, and Nostradamus Ate My Hamster.

For those of us far away from Yukia, does anyone have any inkling on how to get this series via the mysterious Tin Foil Hat[tm] method?
