Convention Membership/Tickets
These are virtual items and nothing will be posted to you. Your invoice (emailed to you at time of purchase) is all you will receive. If you have purchased an attending membership, please quote your name at registration on arrival to collect your badge, convention bag and convention programme. You may be asked to show photo ID to collect your membership pack. If you have purchased a concession attending ticket, please be prepared to show your valid concession card at registration.

Convention Merchandise ordered with shipping
We are all volunteers, so we may not be able to ship your order as quickly as other online businesses. However, we will endeavour to ship your order as quickly as we can. If it has not arrived within 30 days of your order, please contact us and we'll try to work out what's going on!
Convention Merchandise ordered prior to the convention
Note that most convention merchandise is a pre-order - and thus we will only do a bulk order of items when enough pre-orders have been made.
Some merchandise items are only available for pick-up at the convention, and purchases should be made only if you have an attending membership. This includes the convention T-shirts.
Merchandise ordered with a pick-up option will be available for the member to collect from Ops during the course of the convention.
Convention Merchandise ordered after the convention
Merchandise ordered with a shipping option will be posted to you within three months (90 days) of your order. We apologise for this long time frame, but everyone's a volunteer and we need to fit this in with our normal schedule.
Please note that we currently only handle postage within Australia.
NOTE: Shipping costs are subject to change without notice - however, if you've already paid for shipping in your pre-order, we will not charge any excess postage even if Australia Post's prices rise.
