There will be no time to be bored. The following list contains some of the confirmed events and activities at the convention to fill your time. More will be announced as they are confirmed. Sign up for one, or as many as you like at the convention. Some events have limited places (more details to be advised).

Our regulars:

  • Maskerade - our biannual costume, talent and prop competition. (Entry will open at a later date)
  • Gala Dinner - dress up, or dress up, and dine in your finery. (Tickets will go on sale at a later date)
  • Charity Auction - bid on amazing Discworld craft and memoribililililia1 with all proceeds going to some great causes.
  • Radio Play - It's like a play, but you get to imagine the sets and costumes! See what wonderful things our troupe of players comes up with this time.
  • Panels, Interviews, Zoom Calls and Klatches with Special Guests - Come and hear what our guests have to say - and you can nominate to spend some special 1-on-10ish time in a small chat, called a Klatch.
  • Craft Workshops - some revealed below!

And special events for Nullus Anxietas X:

  • The Lancre Witch Trials - Come and audition for a part in this short play. Everyone will get a part, even if it is only as a toad!
  • Nanny Ogg and Mrs Cake's Cooking and Cocktails - no, the other kind. Expect magic and mayhem at this lively 'cooking' event.
  • Play With My Big Organ - Bloody Stupid Johnson triumphs again. Come and make sweet music on his organ.
  • The Lancashire Witch Trials - One of the UK's leading speakers on this subject, Barry McCann, will beam in from Lancashire to tell us the stories of the original witches.
  • A Brief History of Witchcraft - A look at myths and legends surrounding wise women. Can you see where Terry got his ideas from?
  • The Cat’s Chorus – A Discworld-themed sing-along. You will know the tunes, but leave it to Mrs Cake and Nanny Ogg to give you these new versions.
  • Headology – Our Head Witch will talk you through the psychology behind Granny Weatherwax’s unique insights into the human ( or other races) mind.
  • The Play’s The Thing – join with other convention attendees to read parts from various Pratchett Plays. 
  • Going Postal Talk – joining us through the magic of the mystic portal, Bev Doyle and Richard Kurti will walk us through the process and events surrounding the writing of the screenplay for the movie, Going Postal.
