A very quick accommodation update for everyone, even shorter than our previous quickie issue!
After much negotiation, our venue has offered us a generous 15% discount on our room rates. You can find a link to make a booking on the Venue page on our website.
Keep in mind, like most industries, there are often pop up specials on many popular hotel booking websites, so if you find a better deal at our hotel - the Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport Hotel - or any other nearby hotels, snap it up. Take the best deal you can find.
One final reminder that, if you purchased a supporting membership prior to August 9, 2025, you must upgrade to attending by January 31, 2026 in order to keep the early bird price. After this, upgrades will be only to the standard price (an extra $40).
Standard attending memberships remain available to purchase until March 28, 2026.
